This is a 3D-picture, and I may shortly resume how it works (I assume most of you are common with this kind of pictures): look in the direction of the picture, but not at the picture, but at some point behind, near infinity, until the girls in the row at the bottom of the picture start to blur and split into two copies: one copy seen by the left, one by the right eye, until two versions of two neighbored girls melt together into one. Then, with some luck, you will be able to see them stereoscopic. Also, you will be able to detect the hidden picture above the row of girls.
Unfortunatly, since I was only able to shift the distinct regions of the picture by discreet values of one pixel per level, both the hidden object and the threedimensional girls consist of rather distinct discreet levels, not of smooth level changes, as I would have prefered. But I hope this gives you some idea about what I intended anyway (and I hope you have some fun watching the picture).
This is based on a scanned drawing which I manipulated by hand (the girls), a background image I designed, and a picture of the object levels wich was first based on a photo, but than was manipulated rather dramatically by hand to define the levels, and than, together with the background image, was converted to a stereogram with the aid of the FRACTINT programm.
